Return Process & Costs
You can request a return by logging into our website with the same email ID used while placing the order. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at sales@legendfootwear.co.uk.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be given, provided items are returned in their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition.
Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition.
Ex-Display products have different return policies. Please check the product page for the correct details.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
Unauthorized Returns of Worn, Incorrect, or Ineligible Items
To qualify for a return, goods must be returned in their original, pristine, and brand-new condition as sold. Items that show signs of wear, use, or handling beyond what is necessary to assess fit may be subject to a diminished value fee.
If a return is received that is not the item originally purchased, an incorrect item, or a product not sold by us, we will be unable to process a refund.
Furthermore, if the returned item is excessively worn, damaged, or no longer in a resellable condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.
UK Returns
We do not offer free returns. You can choose to return the item using your own return service or reach out to us for a return label via the form above. If you choose to use our return label, you will be charged £5 per label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
DE Returns
You can reach out to us for a return label. If you choose to use our return label, you will be charged €6.25 for orders placed in the EU. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Note: This option is only available after your order has been shipped.
Customers Outside the UK
You must write "RETURN TO SENDER" to avoid the order being held in customs. If the item is held in customs, we will deduct the amount from your refund when processing your return, as we may be billed automatically by customs. We are not liable for paying these extra costs.
If the item is classed as RETURN TO SENDER, there will be no charges held and will not be put on hold, making the return experience easy and fast.
Returns of Worn Items with Possible Manufacturing Defects
If you want to return a defective item, please email us with the details and, where possible, photos of the defects. We will review the images and provide a reply within 24 hours. If we cannot conculde the issue using the photos, we will request the return of the item for physical inspection.
All of the above does not restrict your statutory rights.
Exchange Policy
We don't offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your item with a different style or size, we will refund your payment and would request you to place a new order for the replacement pair.
